Teacher Li Jing, internationally respected Tai Chi Teacher, will guide us to 知行合一 merge what we know with what we do (unity of knowledge and action). Together, we'll learn and experience Tai Chi Relaxation and Meditation, a simple yet effective method to relax and feel our bodies and hearts, drawing from the rich traditions of Tai Chi philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Chinese Wushu. In motion and stillness, we relax and feel serenity, balance our energy and emotions, and awaken the self to courage, hope, and wisdom.
Each 3-hour session stands independently and we encourage participation in both sessions for a fuller experience. All movement exercises, whether seated or standing, can be adapted to your personal comfort level.
What to Bring:
- Come in comfortable clothing for moving freely.
- We will remove our shoes in the studio space; wear socks or indoor shoes if you like.
- Bring water, a small towel and a meditation cushion if you have one.
- Yoga mats are provided
