How do we relax and listen better to ourselves and each other?
How do we choose connection and intimacy over power and control?
In this 3-part workshop, we explore ways to relate securely with people we care for through creative movement and dialogue. These sessions invite us to listen to our bodies and those of others, give shape to our inner emotions, and embody fresh pathways in our current relationships. Caring for ourselves and others often involves navigating systemic inequalities and the coexistence of complex feelings; our experimental workshop seeks to offer space for empathy and to recalibrate our relationships.
