Gather family and friends to open and smooth the flow of ‘Qi’ (life force), in this easy-to-follow session with certified teacher of meditation & tai chi, Tania Sng. Grounded in Yin-Yang philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, Tania will lead participants through gentle, meditative movements focused on two acupuncture points (per session) designed to quiet the heart, relax the body, and build qi for better health. Since 2010, Tania has trained under esteemed martial arts masters, and will share simple, time-tested techniques to activate energy flow and restore inner balance. This experience can be enjoyed standing up or sitting down, and is suitable for all ages and abilities, from ages 3 to 130! You may leave feeling centred, at ease, and in harmony with all aspects of life.
